Accountant - Temporary Full Time - Financial Services Wealth Management

Job Summary


The Temporary Full Time Accountant processes all accounts payables and credit applications with vendors, provides point of contact support for fee billing system.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processes accounts payable invoices on a weekly basis
  • Administers credit cards and reconciles credit card payments on a monthly basis
  • Processes advisory fees and posts payments to accounting software
  • Answers questions related to the fee billing system
  • Processes client reimbursements and trade error payments
  • Scans and files as necessary
  • Records P&L payment deposits
  • Sets up ACH payments
  • Collects W‐9s from Vendors
  • Meets all deadlines regarding report preparation and financial related processing duties
  • Fosters an environment of open, honest, and timely communication
  • Ensures the vision and core values of Moneta Group are incorporated into the duties and responsibilities of the position


  • B.S. Accounting or related field preferred
  • Available to work full time beginning the middle of May to the end of August
  • Three years or more experience in a related position
  • Strong accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and Excel skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Work experience that demonstrates interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Must be organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Ability to interact well with all employees
  • Commitment to ‘Raving Fan’ service
  • Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
