  • Job Summary

    The Manager of Talent Acquisition will define and drive Moneta’s recruiting strategy to support the firm's growth in the St. Louis region, and support our development of a National Market presence and position of prominence in vibrant and growing cities throughout the United States; will lead the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition tactics, and lead the evaluation of the recruiting function, strategies, and procedures in order to find opportunities for improvement.

     

    The role will include tactical execution and providing direction to a small team within the department.

     

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Interacts successfully with an empowered Leadership/Management Team
    • Creates a recruiting strategy to attract and gain access to top talent
    • Ensures the strategy includes communicating how Moneta stands apart from our competition (our amazing client experience; culture; leadership; independent ownership; training offered through Moneta University; professional career advancement opportunities)
    • Collaborates with a variety of internal colleagues including recruiting team members, marketing and communications team members, and training and organizational development team members to build a cohesive, consistent methodology in the firm's approach to recruiting initiatives 
    • Identifies and facilitates opportunities to raise the visibility of the firm at the university and professional level
    • Creates and manages the establishment of the employment brand and develops supporting materials in order to communicate value proposition through the firm's employment advertisements, career sites, job descriptions, and other recruiting materials
    • Follows industry news and trends to identify appropriate opportunities for recruiting efforts/initiatives
    • Budgets and manages the department’s financial resources
    • Operates with a wide degree of creativity and latitude
    • Fosters an environment of open, honest, and timely communication

    Qualifications

    • B.S. in related field; Master’s level preferred
    • Manager level leadership experience in a professional environment
    • Strategic, management, and tactical experience with Recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures
    • Strategic partner experience at the executive level
    • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; interacts successfully with colleagues
    • Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
