  • Job Summary

    Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for implementing the firm's overall recruitment process for both experienced hires and campus recruiting programs; manages the full life cycle including sourcing, screening, first interview, scheduling candidates to meet with Partner teams and Department Heads, and then manages the offer process; travels to a variety of targeted universities to build relationships with career services/faculty/students; maintains integrity of data in applicant tracking system. 

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Conducts full cycle recruiting for assigned open positions
    • Develops a pipeline of talent including direct sourcing, utilizing social media, networking with a variety of centers of influence
    • Screens resumes, completes phone and in person interviews
    • Coordinates interviews with candidates and hiring teams/departments
    • Provides timely communication with candidates; hiring teams/departments
    • Builds relationships with a variety of university contacts, and is the primary contact for the university recruiting programs
    • Maintains the integrity of data in the applicant tracking system
    • Provides recruiting related reports to Director
    • Manages the hiring process according to the firm's policies and procedures, and all applicable laws
    • Follows industry news and trends to identify appropriate opportunities for recruiting efforts/initiatives


    • B.S. in related field preferred
    • Four years or more recruiting experience in a professional services environment
    • Tactical experience with Recruiting concepts, practices, procedures, and all applicable laws
    • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; interacts successfully with all candidates, colleagues, and the community
    • Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
