    Moneta is searching for a Client Service Manager who will help our Partners and Advisors with critical tasks that drive our client experience. The Client Service Manager role is key to the overall client experience, in everything from daily communication to semi-annual reviews. You will be working directly with clients, executing trades, maintaining client files, prepping reviews, and coordinating billing. The Client Service Manager role is often the first step on a career path with Moneta.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Schedule client and team meetings
    • Prepare financial plans and reviews for Partner teams
    • Discuss and organize follow-up for clients after financial reviews
    • Build client engagement agreements and investment applications
    • Lead and coordinate client mail and communications
    • Execute financial transactions at the direction of the Partner and/or Advisors
    • Implement Partner and/or Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems (i.e. Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
    • Verify client account cash balances, generate and review monthly available cash report
    • Review daily transactions to ensure accuracy
    • Coordinate account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets
    • Populate and maintain systems data and client files
    • Prepare fee invoices, coordinate compliance approval and payment for client accounts
    • Assure continuing education requirements for Partners and team members are current
    • Contribute to an environment of open, honest, and timely communication
    • Understands and reinforces the ‘Why’ and ‘How’ within Moneta

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, emphasis in Accounting or Finance field, GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred
    • One or more year of relevant experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
    • Experience working in a team environment preferred
    • Must be personable, well organized, and have a strong attention to detail
    • Analytical mindset and a comfort working with numbers
    • Ability to be resourceful and flexible in interactions
    • Knowledge of Financial Custodial Systems preferred (i.e. Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
