The role of the Business Process Analyst is to analyze and manage business processes and training programs to ensure such process and programs meet business goals and requirements. The Business Process Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering client lifecycle processes incorporated with systems training programs that create efficiencies on client teams. This includes performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. Works closely with the Director of Business Systems, Business Solutions Analysts, Centralized Services Team and client teams to ensure employees are successfully educated on client lifecycle processes. Communicates with all teams and departments.
