  • Job Summary

    The Invoicing Specialist (Centralized Operations Associate) is responsible for the Client Revenue Cycle for multiple partner teams.  This role will encompass working on existing invoicing processes as well as building the new processes for to gain efficiencies.  The Invoicing Specialist - COA will act as a liaison between teams, custodians and accounting to create a streamline process.  Duties may also include responsibilities managed by the Centralized Services Team.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Maintaining incoming adjustments per billing period
    • Creating invoices on a monthly basis
    • Submit fees to the custodians for collection
    • Interact with teams through the Revenue cycle process
    • Work with Accounting team to tie out revenue collection and payouts.
    • Meeting with partner teams to review billing KPIs to after each billing cycle
    • Reviews new account and account maintenance workflows and updates as needed. Communicates updates to firm.
    • Maintains intranet as a source of information for teams.
    • Acts as the intermediary between client teams and custodian for issue resolution.
    • Communicates with the firm on updates to custodial requirements, regulatory impacts on process change, and modifications to processes and forms.
    • Fosters an environment of open, honest, and timely communication
    • Ensures the vision and core values of Moneta Group are incorporated into the duties and responsibilities of the position


    • B.S. Business, Finance, or related field preferred
    • One year or more of relevant experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce CRM and DocuSign preferred
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Work experience that demonstrates interpersonal and teamwork skills
    • Must be organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
    • Ability to interact well with external service providers and all employees
    • Commitment to ‘Raving Fan’ service
    • Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
    • Authorized to work in the United States without durational restriction
