  • Job Summary

    We are searching for an Intern to work part time during the Summer and Fall at Moneta. Our Interns help the teams with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.     During your internship you will be asked to help your team prepare for client meetings and assist with follow up steps, contribute to projects that ensure integrity of client data, and participate in training/reading/volunteer activities that help our employees reach their highest potential while encouraging collaboration, creating best practices, and promoting the Moneta culture. 

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Prepare written reviews with investment information including asset values and investments reutnrs for client review meetings
    • Prepare various documents for client signature
    • Data management of signed client forms
    • Special projects as required by current needs of team
    • Scanning, filing, and shredding of sensitive client documents
    • Responsibilities will vary by team

    Qualifications

    • Progress toward B.S. Business, Finance, or Accounting; GPA 3.5 or higher preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Must be organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
    • Ability to interact well with clients and all employees
    • Commitment to ‘Raving Fan’ service
    • Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
