    We are searching for a Communications Project Manager to join our growing Marketing team at Moneta. This role is a key member of a small, creative team, driving the management of workflow associated with all internal communications and external marketing. The successful project manager must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. This role has the opportunity to grow into an internal communications manager long-term.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all of the marketing department’s project workflow via the software system and working personally with team members.
    • Front-line contact with multiple Moneta team operations managers to ensure expectations are set and deadlines are met.
    • Manage attaining compliance on all outgoing materials.
    • Manage updates to website.
    • Manage the Moneta promotional item portal, inventory, internal requests and vendor.
    • Manage the internal content and training for Marketing of new Moneta employees.
    • Proof-reader for marketing materials.

    • Good communications skills, both verbally and written.
    • Proven ability to work within a project management system.
