    Moneta is an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) wholly focused on going further for our clients. We are one firm with many solutions and we provide a full spectrum of financial advisory services, but our true purpose is centered on building relationships and providing exceptional service to our clients around the globe. We seek a Client Service Manager who will help our Partners and Advisors with critical tasks that drive our client experience.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Implement Partner and/or Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems (i.e. Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
    • Coordinate account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets
    • Populate and maintain systems data and client files
    • Verify client account cash balances, generate and review monthly available cash report
    • Perform administrative function requests (e.g., schedule client and team meetings, prepare fee invoices, coordinate compliance approval and payment for client accounts, execute financial transactions at the direction of the Partner and/or Advisors, etc.)
    • Ensure continuing education requirements for Partners and team members are current
    • Contribute to an environment of open, honest, and timely communication
    • Understand and reinforce the ‘Why’ and ‘How’ within Moneta

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with emphasis in Accounting or Finance field; GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred
    • One or more year of relevant experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
    • Experience working in a team environment preferred
    • Must be personable, well organized, and have a strong attention to detail
    • Analytical mindset and a comfort working with numbers
    • Ability to be resourceful and flexible in interactions
    • Knowledge of Financial Custodial Systems preferred (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
    • Commitment to ‘Raving Fan’ service
