  • Job Summary

    The Operations Manager is a role that is critical to the day-to-day functions of our Partner team. We seek someone who is organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and has the temperament for people management. As an Operations Manager you will oversee the onboarding, training, and delivery of service from the Client Service Managers on your team. You are responsible for employee support, project management, compliance, and upholding the ‘Why’ and ‘How’ in every team interaction.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Supervise Interns, Client Service Administrators, and Client Service Managers on team
    • Project management
    • Maintain lists of ongoing projects, updated regularly with project status
    • Delegate tasks to team members to achieve deadlines
    • People management
    • Compliance Support
    • Ensure ‘Raving Fan’ service standard is upheld in all interactions
    • Facilitate communication between Partners, Advisors, and Client Service Managers
    • Determine and adjust client workloads when necessary
    • Career coaching and mentoring
    • Hiring and firing
    • Onboarding and training
    • Conducts semi-annual and annual performance reviews
    • Prepare and oversee preparation for client reviews
    • Manage team’s schedule for client meetings when necessary
    • Ensure the ‘Why’ and ‘How’ of Moneta are enforced in all interactions


    • S. Business Administration or Finance preferred
    • 3+ years’ experience in people management role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Demonstrated experience facilitating in a team environment
    • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and delegate when necessary
    • Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
