    Our Client Service Administrators help our teams operate day-to-day by providing overall support to Partners and team members on various assigned tasks and projects. As a Client Service Administrator you will assist by enhancing processes, identifying efficiencies, and taking initiative within the team. Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and works well in a team environment will make a strong fit for the Client Service Administrator role. This position can lay a foundation for your future career growth at Moneta.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Record all transactions and completes trade memos daily
    • Assists Client Service Managers in monitoring client’s investment accounts
    • Helps coordinate client paperwork
    • Supports Client Service Managers and Advisors in preparation for client review meetings
    • Assists with daily money movement
    • Responsible for client management fee billing, recording, and follow up to ensure payment is received
    • Handles inbound and outbound mail for clients and teams
    • Maintains and organizes all client files both physical and electronic
    • Scan, copy, bind, and otherwise assist team with required documents
    • Scheduling support and coordination for team and partners
    • Orders and maintains all office supplies for team
    • Understands and reinforces the ‘Why’ and ‘How’ within Moneta


    • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Knowledge of Financial Custodial Systems preferred (i.e. Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
    • Work experience in team environment
    • Commitment to ‘Raving Fan’ service
