Client Service Administrator

Job Summary

Our Client Service Administrators help our teams operate day-to-day by providing overall support to Partners and team members on various assigned tasks and projects. Learn to enhance processes, identify efficiencies, and take initiative within the team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoy a small team environment, you will absolutely excel in the Client Service Administrator role. This position will be a foundation for your future career at Moneta.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages weekly client meeting schedule
  • Assists Client Service Managers in monitoring client’s investment accounts
  • Helps coordinate client paperwork
  • Supports Client Service Managers and Advisors in preparation for client review meetings
  • Handles inbound and outbound mail for clients and teams
  • Reconcile monthly expense reports
  • Marketing & branding assistance as needed
  • Maintains and organizes all client files both physical and electronic
  • Scan, copy, bind, and otherwise assist team with required documents
  • Scheduling support and coordination for team and partners
  • Understands and reinforces the ‘Why’ and ‘How’ within Moneta

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Work experience in team environment
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Part time or full time optional
  • Commitment to ‘Raving Fan’ service
