Client Service Manager

Job Summary

Moneta is actively seeking Client Service Managers to join our financial advisory teams.  In this role, you will develop and build relationships with our clients through frequent interaction, providing dedicated service to meet client needs.  Moneta provides the opportunity for long term career growth and professional development as you learn the foundational knowledge of wealth management.  

 

As a Client Service Manager, you will work alongside the team’s Advisors and Partners on a wide range of projects focused on the client’s needs. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist Advisors and Partners in daily operations and develop a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures
  • Research unique and complex situations as they arise
  • Establish a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and Advisors
  • Implement Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems 
  • Coordinate account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets
  • Populate and maintain systems data and client files
  • Verify client account cash balances, generate and review monthly available cash report
  • Manage and prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Work directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off times
  • Contribute to an environment of open, honest, and timely communication
  • Understand and reinforce the ‘Why’ in all actions, which is “To empower people to navigate life’s path and protect what they cherish”
