Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Moneta is searching for a Business Intelligence Report Designer to join our Enterprise Services Team in St. Louis, MO. As the Business Intelligence Report Designer, you are responsible for understanding the impact that Moneta’s daily operations has on data flow across the organization, helping the Business Intelligence team improve upon existing reports, and ideating with stakeholders on reporting strategies to solve ongoing needs as the business grows.


The primary goal is to help Moneta’s advisor teams leverage technology, analytical insights, and data visualization tools to manage their operations and oversee their book of business. Using dashboards and reports in SAP, the Business Intelligence team assists Moneta across all areas of the business: financial health, data auditing, compliance, client-facing reports, investments, ETL processes to automate workflow, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Become a technical data and reporting expert in a variety of areas to refine and troubleshoot reporting requirements.
  • Design customer-facing reporting using SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence.
  • Use your strong development and analytical skills to ideate and solve customer problems.
  • Collaborate with business owners to understand operational processes and requirements, and to identify data insight and reporting needs.
  • Leverage data and predictive analysis to clearly articulate problems and influence decisions that support the strategic direction.
  • Cultivate passion for a data driven organization.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement key performance indicators to improve business results.
  • Evolve Business Intelligence report offering as system enhancements occur.



  • Must be qualified to work in the United States – we are not sponsoring any candidates at this time.
  • BA/BS in computer science, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP Web Intelligence, or other Business Intelligence tools.
